This refreshingly, fun, and fruity Ammunition Straight Bourbon Whiskey cocktail is sure to be an overall crowd pleaser all year long.

Ingredients

  • granulated sugar - for the glass rim (optional)
  • zest from 1 lime - for the glass rim (optional)
  • 8 fresh blackberries
  • 7 leaves mint
  • juice from half a lemon
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 ounces of Ammunition Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Directions

Step 1

On a shallow plate, combine the sugar and lime zest. Run the lime wedge around the edge of your glasses, then invert each glass into the plate to create a sugar/lime rim.

Step 2

In a cocktail shaker, add blackberries, mint, lemon juice and honey. Muddle all of the ingredients together, squishing everything to release the juices. Then add the bourbon.

Step 3

Add ice to your rimmed glass and pour the drink over the ice. Pour the ginger beer over, gently stirring to combine. Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy
