From the grain fields across America to the cooperages of Missouri to the distillery and rickhouses of Kentucky; our whiskeys are brought to life in the timeless distilling tradition of native corn, rye and malted barley. They’re then rested for three to four years in freshly charred virgin Missouri American Oak barrels, handpicked by our Master Blender to impart the flavor and quality Ammunition drinkers have come to expect. Each batch is then exposed to our French Bordeaux and French Burgundy barrels where our own Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir wines were matured. This extra step delivers added fruit layers and subtle vanillas, chocolates, and mochas to finish our bourbon and rye whiskeys in a rich, ripe style. While we hold true to traditional bourbon laws and make unique Kentucky Straight Bourbon and Rye whiskey, you’ll taste the spirt of the West in every pour.
